At Home Workout: Legs

I know how difficult it is for mummies to find time to workout, so here is a little leg workout that you can do at home. You could even get the kids involved.

30 seconds rest between each set to keep your heart rate up which is essential to burn fat.


5 x 12 Wide leg squats 


5 x 12 Static Lunges


5 x 12 Kickbacks


5 x 12 Hip Thrusts


5 x 12 Jump Squats
