Boston is now 8 weeks old and Bailey is 3 and a half. I think there is a perfect age gap between them as Bailey is old enough to know right from wrong and is much more independent. I am so proud to be the Mummy of these two amazing little boys. I thought when Boston came into the world that life would be so much harder then it is. Don’t get me wrong, I am pretty exhausted lately and still adjusting to being a Mum of two but I love every minute of it. Bailey loves being a big brother and constantly kisses and cuddles his little bro. I was a little worried that he would be jealous of Boston but he isn’t at all. He loves to show him off to people and sings to him when he cries. It is so cute to watch. He can’t wait for him to be big enough to play with him.
Boston is such a good boy and sleeps all the time which is the opposite to how Bailey was as a Newborn. Bailey has never been a fan of sleep and didn’t sleep through till he was 18 months old. It’s still a task to get him to bed now. Boston is only waking twice in the night so I am more than happy with that, as with Bailey he wanted feeding every hour.
It has made it much easier with Boston being such a happy, relaxed baby. He rarely cries and is happy to be awake in his moses basket which allows me to do things with Bailey and get chores done. Everything has fallen into place and we are slowly figuring out our little routine.
